USAID Youth Empowerment Entrepreneurship Training

The USAID empowerment youth programme supported by USAID in various institutions has objective to empower youths to create jobs through entrepreneurship. A total of 120 students from Mount Kenya University courtesy of the Directorate of Career and Alumni Services

were trained.  We are happy to report

initiated businesses since the training in June 2022. The programme kicked off on Thursday 26th May 2022 and the 1st cohort of 120 completed end of June 2022. The total of interaction with the trainer was 10 hours. The topics covered were as listed;
